“Be still and know that I am God”
I think when you start you’re really particular about all the definitions
Like
“What are we talking about if we’re not talking about this!”….
But then it keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger than you first imagined….
“Be still and know that I Am”
Along the way though there is so much loss.
People, friendships, beliefs, perspectives…
You really hold onto what’s important.
“Be still and know”
So much wisdom is not discovered in adding to
But removing that which has gotten in the way.
It’s not about getting louder
But quieter.
“Be still”
To where you discover that the pilgrims path has led you right back to the mystery of all of this.
The mystery of just being here.
“Be”
